Feedback - Bug Reporting


If you encounter a bug or you have feedback about using our software, please contact us at or use the Provide Feedback command from the Help menu in NoteTaker.  If reporting a bug, we request that you first verify that you are able to reproduce the crash or the unexpected behavior.  The bug report should include the exact steps to reproduce the behavior, a screen capture or screen recording (use QuickTime Player) if possible showing the issue you're reporting.  Once we receive your report, we'll acknowledge that we are reviewing the issue and will  then reply with an estimate of when we'll have an answer or specific instructions for resolving the issue.
