To All NoteTaker Users:

First and most importantly, we would like to thank you for your timely feedback and continued support. We appreciate hearing from you, especially about new NoteTaker features and suggestions that you would like us to consider. Your creativity and ideas are boundless.

You're a very impressive group of users who continue to explore and use NoteTaker in ways we never could have imagined. From students organizing daily class work, to medical researchers organizing lab notebooks, to writers developing new story lines, to consultants organizing new project strategies, your diverse use of NoteTaker is very gratifying to all of us here at AquaMinds. We are inspired by your application stories.

Many of you have been writing to us to ask about the what's coming next and when AquaMinds will release a new update. We're happy to report that NoteTaker 1.9 is scheduled for a December release. The team has been testing new features and otherwise getting 1.9 ready for public release.

The NoteTaker 1.9 update will extend our SilverStar Technology vision that represents the evolution of our core software technology to support user customization, programmability, and data portability across multiple computing platforms. We sincerely believe that NoteTaker 1.9 will open up exciting new opportunities for users to create and share custom content in the form of application-specific notebooks. For developers and programmers, a new NoteTaker SDK with API will be also be introduced when 1.9 is released.

With the closing of 2004 coming soon, we would like to note that AquaMinds is celebrating its 2nd business anniversary next month. For the team, it's an achievement we're very proud of. We're now getting ready for a very exciting new year ahead in 2005. Our development team has reached a major milestone this past month with NoteTaker 2.0 that is scheduled to ship by the second quarter of 2005. We've been very, very busy, but feeling great about the way NoteTaker is evolving.
