NoteShare Mobile Viewer
iPhone and iPad
NoteShare Mobile Viewer is a free companion app to AquaMinds NoteShare™ and NoteShare Server™ for OS X. It can browse, transfer and display the NoteShare notebooks being actively shared from your Mac, or any Mac running NoteShare anywhere in the world. Changes made by NoteShare or NoteTaker users to a shared notebook being viewed are reflected in real time in the mobile viewer. Viewed notebooks are automatically cached and synchronized, for efficiency, and for viewing when offline. No tedious manual file transfers or synching is needed.
NoteShare Mobile Viewer displays an accurate HTML representation of the original notebook's content and appearance. This is the same representation used by NoteShare's Web Notebooks™ feature. You can navigate the notebook by touching page titles and numbers, section tabs, links, and the next and previous page buttons, as well as by using touch gestures.
NoteShare services running on the local network are automatically discovered shown in the Services list. Other NoteShare services may be added by typing in the NoteShare service's address.
If a password has been assigned to either the Space or the notebook, full 128-bit AES encryption is used during transmission of all content, just like the full version of NoteShare for OS X. Caching and the retention of passwords in the keychain may be disabled from Settings when privacy or security is a particular concern.
