WHAT ELSE?
To delete a voice annotation, delete its entry from the Annotations page, and delete its speaker icon from
your outline entry. (The speaker icon in the attributes column will go away eventually).
Organize voice memos in iTunes by attaching titles, genres, and other metadata. See "Tag Voice Memos
Option-hover over either icon to play
back the annotation
Or click this one to play the recording
without holding down a key
A speaker icon
is inserted in your
outline, and in the first attribute
column--click this box until you see it,
or chose View > Voice Memo Links
Double-click either
icon to open a
separate playback panel allowing you to
pause or skip ahead
Highlight the entry containing the
recording in yellow, and/or select it,
while it's playing back
Adjust volume
The recording is also inserted on a
page in the Annotations section (along
with any other annotations on the
same page)
Click the link control to go to the
annotation's link in your outline
Double-click the text link to open the
voice annotation in iTunes
