Insert Address Book Annotations
Add powerful contact management to your notebook by inserting text annotations that display
contact information directly from your Apple address book. Use NoteTaker's X-Ray Info Box to
display each contact in a pop-up annotation.
1
Click in your outline where you want to insert the annotation's link, or select text in
the outline to be the source of the link.
2
Open the Create Hyperlink panel (Edit > Create Hyperlink) to Annotations, and make
settings as when inserting any text annotation. Only, instead of typing an annotation,
click the Address Book icon to display contacts from your Apple address book. Then
double-click a contact to insert it as an annotation.
3
In your outline, hold down the Option and Shift keys while mousing over the link to
see the contact in a pop-up annotation.
WHAT ELSE?
For complete information on using text annotations, see "Add Text Annotations (Footnotes) & Endnotes" on
page 42.
You can also import contacts from your Apple address book using the Insert Contact panel. See "Import Your
Apple Address Book" on page 89.
