Build an Address Book From Scratch
NoteTaker comes with a template that makes it easy to build an address book. Built-in
categories also let you retrieve information later in powerful ways, say to create a mailing list
on a separate summary page, or to list client company names in the notebook's Index.
1
Open a notebook where you want to begin inserting addresses (say, in an Address Book
section).
2
Open NoteTaker Tools to the Templates tab (choose Tools > Templates). Select the
Contact template in the panel, click Insert, and specify the number of templates to
insert (one for each contact).
3
Open each page in your new address book, and begin entering names and addresses.
WHAT ELSE?
If you add addresses frequently, use NoteTaker's Toolbar preferences to put the Templates list in your
toolbar. Then add the Contact template to the current page by choosing it from the list.
