Import Your Apple Address Book
If you've already got contact information in your Apple Address Book, no problem! You can
import them into your notebook--either individually, or a group at a time.
1
Open your notebook to the page where you want to import the contacts. Open to a
section listing to import each contact on its own page.
2
Choose Tools > Insert Contact, or click the Insert Contact tool in your toolbar.
3
In the Insert Contact panel, select the contacts you want to import. To select everyone
in a group, click one name, then choose Edit > Select > Select All. Click Insert Contact
when you're done.
WHAT ELSE?
You can also:
Drag contacts directly from your Apple address book to a notebook (or from any other application that
supports the vCard 3.0 specification).
Look up an email address in your notebook's address book directly from Mail, using the NoteTaker search
Each person's contact information
is entered on its own page
Open the page to see that
person's information
Going to a section listing inserts
each contact on its own page
Category labels are imported, too
(choose View > Categories)
Opens the Insert Contact panel (or
choose Tools > Insert Contact)
Select the contacts you want to
import, and click Insert Contact
