Search Notebooks from Spotlight
If you're running OS X version 10.4 or later, you can use Apple's Spotlight feature to instantly
locate any text in any notebook on your computer. You can also locate voice memos or other
sound files that you tagged with "metadata" using the Voice Memo panel.

Click the Spotlight icon at the top right of your screen (OS X version 10.4 or later).

Type what you're searching for in the Spotlight field.

In the results (which appear as you type), click the appropriate notebook, or click the
voice memo or sound file you're looking for (it has an .mp3 extension).
WHAT ELSE?
Spotlight is available only on OS X version 10.4 or later.
Click a notebook containing your
search text, or a voice memo with
matching metadata text
Clicking a notebook opens
the notebook in NoteTaker, to
the first page containing your
search text
It lists all other matches in the
Find panel, which you can click
to cycle through
Click the Spotlight icon at the
top right of your screen, and
type what you're looking for
