Highlight and Summarize Outline Entries

NoteTaker has a "smart" highlighter that not only highlights important entries, but lets you
quickly page through these entries in your notebook, and summarize them on a separate page.

To highlight an entry in yellow, select the entry and choose Edit > Highlight Entry.

To page through highlighted entries, use commands in the Tools > Highlight &
Summarize menu.

To copy all highlighted entries to a separate summary page, choose Tools > Highlight
& Summarize > Summarize Highlighted.

WHAT ELSE?

Select all highlighted entries on a page using the Edit > Select > Select Highlighted command.

To unhighlight an entry, choose Edit > Highlight Entry again. To remove all "smart" highlighting from your
notebook, choose Tools > Highlight & Summarize > Unhighlight All.

Print all highlighted entries in your notebook without first summarizing them using NoteTaker's settings in the
Print panel. See "Print Notebook Pages" on page 119.

You can also highlight text in other colors. See "Highlight Text with Colored Pens" on page 63.
