Modify an Existing Template
Here's how to add or remove entries, or otherwise modify a NoteTaker template--either one
you've created, or the Contact template that comes with NoteTaker.
To remove an entry from a template, open the template in NoteTaker Tools (choose
Tools > Templates to see your templates). Then in the Categories column, select the
entry you want to get rid of, and click Remove.
To add entries to a template or otherwise change text, indenting, or formatting, insert
the existing template in your outline. Make the changes you want. Then save the
modified outline as a new template, remove the original, and give the new one the old
one's name.
WHAT ELSE?
To find out about inserting templates and saving new ones, see "Insert Templates in Your Outline" on page
69
and "Create Templates for Quick "Form" Entry" on page 68.
