Categorize Entries for Quick Retrieval
You can classify notebook entries in categories, such as a Project Deadlines or Birthdays
category. Then quickly look up all your deadlines, birthdays, or other related information,
later--in your notebook's Index or using the Highlight & Summarize tool.
To see available categories, open the NoteTaker Tools panel to the Categories tab
(choose Tools > Categories or click the Tools icon in your toolbar).
To categorize an entry, browse to the category in the Tools panel and drag it to the
entry. Or select one or more entries and double-click the category in the panel to
categorize all the entries at once.
