Design the Cover
Of course every notebook has a cover, which can have title text n any font, size, and color, and
either a background color or image.
To display a notebook's cover, choose the Window > Cover command or click the Cover
tool. Choose Cover All to display covers of all open notebooks.
To edit cover text, double-click any existing title, type one or more lines of text, and use
the Fonts and Colors panel to format its look.
To have a notebook open to the cover page, close it while the cover is showing (you'll
have to choose File > Close, as there won't be a close button).
