Add Sections and Pages
You can add new sections and pages directly from the Contents or a section listing, using
commands in the Outline menu, or using the New Page tool.
To insert a new section, choose Outline > New Section. Or from the Contents, select the
section to insert after, and press Return.
To insert a new page, choose Outline> New Page, or click the New Page tool in the
toolbar (if it's showing). Or from the Contents or a section listing, select the page to
insert after, and press Return.
WHAT ELSE?
The Contents page and section listings comprise only the top two levels of your outline (you can't add sub-
sections). Instead, to add more levels to the outline, go to an individual page. See "Add Outline Entries to a
Page" on page 23.
To add the New Page tool to your toolbar (if it isn't already there), see "Build Your Own Toolbar" on page 132.
