NoteTaker Dashboard Widgets
AquaMinds has released Dashboard widgets that provide powerful access to several Internet
search services. The widgets dynamically create notebook content from search results, which
you can then view and organize for further research and study. Download widgets from the
AquaMinds or Apple Web site, as shown below:
NoteTaker Dashboard widgets require OS X 10.4 or later.
MegaSearch Widget
This posts your search query to Google, Teoma, Yahoo, and MSN, and collects results in a
notebook. Duplicate results are eliminated, and remaining results are reordered as follows:
Results that show up in more than one search engine are grouped together according
how many search engines return the result.
Within each group, results are sorted according to the average of their individual
search engine rankings.

ClusterSearch Widget
This widget takes a search query, posts it to Clusty (a popular meta-engine that aggregates
results from multiple search engines), and displays results in a notebook.

MedResearch Widget
This widget provides access to be National Library of Medicine (NLM) as follows:
It uses the Clusty meta-engine to group results of the medical publications search into
thematic clusters.
It submits to the same surge directly to the NML, categorizing results according to the
purpose and content of the database is queried.
Results are displayed in a notebook.
