Manage Notebook Windows
NoteTaker has a number of handy commands for focusing on one notebook window or tidying
up your desktop when working with several notebooks.
To scale the view of a notebook larger or smaller, choose a percentage from either the
View > Toolbar menu or Zoom menu in the toolbar.
To arrange all open notebook windows neatly in an overlapping stack, or to tile them
side-by-side, choose Stack or Tile from the Window menu.
To cycle through open notebooks, choose the Window > Cycle command.
To view a single notebook and nothing else, choose Window > Full Screen, or double-
click in the notebook's page-title area. Do this again to return the window to its previous
size and location.
To hide everything on the current page except a selected part of an outline, choose
Outline > Focus.
WHAT ELSE?
Use NoteTaker's Window preferences to have double-clicking in a notebook's page-title area minimize the
notebook rather than displaying it in full-screen mode. If you do that, use Option-double-clicking to toggle in
and out of full-screen mode.
