Save and Back Up (Archive) Notebook Files
By default, NoteTaker automatically saves changes to open notebooks and makes backup copies
of notebooks when you close them (in case the original gets lost or damaged). You can tailor or
turn off these features, using NoteTaker's Preferences.
To turn off autosaving or automatic backups, or to change how often notebooks are
autosaved or where backups are stored, use the Backup settings in NoteTaker's General
preferences (choose Preferences from the NoteTaker menu).
To save changes in between autosaves or if autosaving is off, choose File > Save.
WHAT ELSE
To back up notebooks to another file system, server, or device, you must use the Save To command.
If you're using iDisk synchronization to manage your notebook files, see Apple's documentation (via the
Finder's Help menu) for information about its behavior and operation. In the Finder, choose
Help > Mac Help and search on "iDisk synchronization."
