Create and Open Notebook Files
You create and open notebook files just as you do other OS X documents. While NoteTaker is
running, you can also bring open notebooks to the front using its Dock menu.
To create a new, empty notebook, choose the File > New command. Then choose File
> Save to name the notebook's document in the Finder and save its contents.
To open an existing notebook, use NoteTaker's File > Open command or double-click
the notebook in the Finder.
WHAT ELSE?
Don't copy or move notebooks files in the Finder while the notebook is open for editing. This can damage
the notebook and possibly lose data!
You can also use the File > Open command to open an RTF or Microsoft Word (.doc) document in NoteTaker
(opening .doc files requires Word 6 or higher, and OS X 10.3). NoteTaker creates a new notebook, displaying
text formatting and design from the original document, but not pictures or attachments.
Have NoteTaker start automatically at login by going to System Preferences in the Apple menu and adding
NoteTaker to Login Items (in the Personal row).
