Save a PDF File
Share notebooks with people who don't have NoteTaker or even a Macintosh computer by
saving one or more pages as a PDF file. Anyone on any kind of computer who has a standard
PDF reader (such as Preview or Acrobat Reader) can open your PDF and page through notebook
content just like any other document.
To save just the current page as a PDF file and have it look just like it does in the
notebook, click the PDF tool in the toolbar. In the panel that opens, save the PDF in the
Finder. Or just drag the PDF File tool to the desktop or Finder.
To save a range of pages or the entire notebook as a PDF, or to have more control over
exactly which entries and notebook page elements are included, use the PDF button on
the Print panel.
WHAT ELSE?
Make settings in the Print panel just as when printing (see "Print Notebook Pages" on page 119).
Place the PDF File tool in your toolbar using NoteTaker's Toolbar preferences. See"Build Your Own Toolbar"
on page 132.
You can also save a Web page as a PDF file. See "Browse the Web in a Notebook" on page 104.
