Install NoteTaker

When you open the NoteTaker disk image that you downloaded from AquaMinds.com or got
from the NoteTaker CD-ROM, a number of files appear in an installation window.

To install NoteTaker, first drag any previously installed version of NoteTaker to the
Trash, then empty your Trash (using the Finder's File > Empty Trash command). After
that, double-click the Install NoteTaker.mpkg file, which copies NoteTaker to your
Applications folder. For convenience, drag it from there to the Dock, where you can
start it any time just by clicking the blue notebook.

To install the AquaMinds QuickLook Generator, double-click it as well. This allows
peeking inside notebooks from the Finder, using Cover Flow, or by selecting the
notebook and pressing the space bar (Mac OS X 10.5 and later).

And you've already found the documentation, which you can access as a clickable PDF
from NoteTaker's Help menu, or print from the NoteTaker Web site--check out contents
of the Release Notes and Documentation folder.

To get back to the documentation or QuickLook Generator after closing the installation window, double-click
the Install NoteTaker disk icon on your desktop. You might have to double-click the Install NoteTaker.dmg
icon to make this icon appear. If you can't find these icons, download NoteTaker again for free from
AquaMinds.com, using your existing license key.
